Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a stay at The Poux Experience, guests agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, our House Rules, and any applicable platform policies.

2. Booking and Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Prices may vary depending on dates and availability. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation due to payment issues or rule violations.

3. Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in time is 03:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may incur an additional fee unless previously arranged.

4. House Rules

Guests must follow all posted House Rules, including but not limited to:

● No smoking inside the property
● No parties or events without prior approval
● No unauthorized guests
● Respect for neighbors and noise levels

Violation may result in termination of the stay without refund.

5. Damage and Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Charges may apply for repair or replacement. We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation policy follows the terms set on the booking platform. Please review those terms carefully before booking.

 

Once a guest has checked in, no refunds will be issued for early departure or unused nights, regardless of the reason. This includes guests who booked an extended stay but choose to leave early. Reserved dates are held exclusively and become unavailable to others.

 

The $125 cleaning fee is non-refundable, including in cases of cancellation or shortened stays after check-in.

 

Exceptions may be granted in verified emergency situations, at the sole discretion of The Poux Experience.

7. Maintenance and Access

We may enter the property for urgent maintenance with notice. Routine maintenance is scheduled between stays.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is respected. Security cameras may be installed in exterior public areas for safety purposes only.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our rentals signifies acceptance of any changes.
